Tax not axed

Darling ups booze duty 2% in the Budget, from midnight tonight. Looks like the tax was not axed...

Bummer. And that will also mean they'll want two returns for this month. Why can't they simplify things and do it at the months end?......

.....because I'd declare all my duty suspense on the last of the month, that's why. It's always a guessing game to know weather to make beer earlier or later when a budget comes.
